Who we are and what we do.We are Robyn and Douglas. We live somewhere in the Detroit area. We are Evangelical Christians trying to live according to God's Word the best we can. We are also very human. We attend a Bible Fellowship that meets in the home. If you need to contact us, you can do so via the Feedback page. If you have any questions about God or The Bible, please let us know. If we don't know the answer, we can study to find the answer OR we can find someone else who does know the answer. Answering questions is a great learning opportunity!! There is a Table of Contents for this site. You can find out about everything on this site via the Table of Contents. Here is the reason for the name of this site: I needed a "domain" name in order to get this space. I couldn't think of anything fast enough. I remembered what I had called my first "blog". So I just used that name. I named this site after one of our cats, Dubhghall. Dubhghall is Gaelic. It is pronounced, "Dougall". Dougall means dark stranger. Dubhghall is a dark cat who just showed up one day. Dougall is also my favorite character in the British sitcom "Father Ted". We like to visit Windsor, Ontario in Canada. Dougall Avenue, is a major street over there. Our "Web Presence": Robyn's novel writing efforts On May 23, 2010, I got this one to work. Don't know if it will work for you. I used to have a "free" web site at http://www.writerwithbottles.1colony.com/. You might be able to view it. It gives lots of pop up ads. It might give you spy ware too. I am not sure on that one. I had some drawings I did via "Paint" on there. Most of the stuff on there, has been updated and put onto this present site. The main difference in the 1colony stuff, was the "introduction" I stuck on the first page of the site. You can view a sort of reconstruction of that first page here (via this present site), rather than risking adware, pop ups and whatever else might come with it via 1colony.

The Sedibana Hospital and Children's Fund, Inc.
Our Bible Fellowship is the board of directors for a charity. We are raising money for a hospital clinic in Sedibana, Botswana. When the clinic is built, then we will use the money we raise to help the children there. If you wish to donate please see this web site. |

Our Past "Web Presence":
If you want to know even more about us, please see our other web site at http://home.wideopenwest.com/~caphargazette/ This one is the famous "paid for web site" that I write about in the "old" blog entries and elsewhere. The contents of "Caphar Gazette" are soon to be moved to this site though. (June 2006) I have started the process, but want to finish it soon. Done! As of June 8, 2006 everything was moved here.

Robyn also has a "blog" or online journal at http://radio.weblogs.com/0144432/ Update: Robyn hopes to have this blog closed as of November 19, 2005. She never seemed to remember to write on it and we paid for it by the year. She only got it in April of 2005, but only wrote on it twice. And then she deleted one of those posts as the information became invalid. If you want to read what she would have stuck on the blog, check out the "journal" on this present site. To read a an attempted reconstruction of this blog click here.
She also has an old "blog" with cat stories on it at http://whatdougalldoes.blog-city.com/ I knew it would happen some day, but this blog "does not exist" anymore. I will have to stick the text from this blog onto the "Journal" some day. That is, if I can re-construct it properly. I am trying to reconstruct it, on and around August 9, 2006. You can view it here.
